In addition MeG approves all project proposals for e-government of public bodies that are beneficiaries under priority axis 1 Administrative Services and e-Government of the Operational Program Good Governance. Last but not least, MeG is vested with performing ongoing and ex-post control of public procurement procedures of e-government projects, as well as for compliance with the requirements for interoperability and network and information security of the systems, which are developed and implemented within e-government projects (including those funded by ESIF), as per Art. 58b and Art. 60 of the eGL.
