The project envisages repair and reconstruction of a street and sidewalk in the village of Zablyano, Zemen municipality. It is planned to build a street from OT95, through OT50, OT15 and OT12, the village of Zablyano. The class of the street is "VI" - service. The street subject of this project is paved with crushed stone pavement. The road construction does not have the necessary bearing capacity. There is no drainage system. The length of the construction section is 300 m. The construction of rainwater manholes and
rain canal. It is planned to completely replace the existing road structure with a new one, as described in the technical design: The road structure along the entire length of the street will be made of the following layers:
- 4cm dense asphalt concrete with E = 1300MPa;
- 4cm loose asphalt concrete with E = 950MPa;
- 30cm crushed stone base (0-63mm) with E = 400MPa.
Reconstruction of the existing sidewalks is envisaged, as described in the technical design: The new pavement will be completed with the following construction:
- 8.0 cm - concrete pavement type "Uni";
- 5.0 cm - sand or crushed stone (fraction 0-5 mm);
- 20.0 cm - crushed stone (fraction 0-63mm);
ground compacted to E = 30MPa;
 The design decision for the construction of the street does not affect facilities and networks owned by other departments or companies.
