The current project initiative under the selection procedure BG06RDNP001-421 LAG Lukovit-Roman: measure 19-6.4 "Investments in support of non-agricultural activities" of the Strategy for community-led local development of "Local Initiative Group Lukovit-Roman" is aimed at purchasing effective apparatus and equipment for an outpatient clinic in dental medicine, located in the town of Roman. The aim of this project is to ensure the independent operation of the outpatient clinic, combined with modern practices and professional attitude towards patients. Candidate for the procedure is "Outpatient for outpatient primary care in dental medicine Dr. Ross" EOOD, UIC: 204 685 105, represented by Dr. Rosen Sotirov, in his capacity as manager and dental specialist. Dr. Sotirov is a working manager and has been operating since 2017, in a building rented for this purpose with the purpose: "outpatient clinic for dental practice", located in the municipality. Roman, Roman, Regulated plot XVII, quarter 42, address: 45 Hristo Botev Blvd. according to a lease agreement. For the purposes of the procedure, a new lease agreement has been concluded dated 09.11.2020. for a period of 18 years, notarized and registered with the Registry Agency. The purchase of the following assets is envisaged: dental unit, periphery, dental compressor, wet aspiration, panoramic X-ray machine with cephalometric attachment, radiation protection devices, intraoral scanner.
The project fully meets the objectives of the measure by promoting growth and diversification to non-agricultural activities in micro-enterprises and job creation. This project proposal is extremely appropriate, justified and in line with the objectives of the selection procedure BG06RDNP001-421 Lukovit-Roman LAG.

Дейност по организиране изпълнението и отчитането на проект: След одобрение на проектното предложение се предвижда да бъде организирана среща с избрания консултант- изпълнител. Ще бъде изготвен план-график с необходимите срокове за изпълнение и дейности. Предвижда се да бъде заявено авансово плащане по проекта, което включва подаване на заявка за авансово плащане.
След получено авансово плащане се предвижда да се стартира процедура за избор на изпълнител. Това включва изготвяне на всички необходими приложими документи, които ще бъдат изпратени за потвърждение от УО. След проведена процедура се очаква да бъде сключен договор с избрания изпълнител. След доставка на активите се очаква да бъдат изготвени всички необходими документи за подаване на заявка за окончателно плащане.

Процедура за доставка и монтаж на дентална апаратура: Дейността включва:
Провеждане на процедура за избор на изпълнител съгласно ПМС 160/2016г. Предвижда се документацията по процедурата да бъде изпратена за съгласуване с УО. След одобрение на проектната документация се предвижда да бъде приложена процедурата. След нея се предвижда и при одобрение от страна на ОУ се предвижда да бъде сключен договор за доставка и монтаж на дентална апаратура. След доставяне и приемане на денталната апаратура се предвижда да бъде подадена заявка за оконмателно плащане, придружена с всички необходими за целта документи.
