Candidate under the present procedure is "EUROBUL" OOD. The company has a history and experience in the field of animal husbandry - breeding sheep in the dairy sector in a registered animal husbandry facility No. 3051-0613, located in the village of Lilyache, Vratsa municipality. The company has the required 4 business years, according to which the applicant receives priority in the procedure. With the current project initiative, "EUROBUL" Ltd. will modernize its farm by implementing technological and ecological modernization of the individual phases of the production processes in crop production. One of the requested assets - a disc mower is aimed at providing fodder for feeding animals, as the animal units are tailored so that the claimed areas do not exceed them.
Investment costs include the following assets:
1. Tractor;
2. CTM 4G communication telematics module;
3. Front loader;
4. Crossbow;
The tractor is an investment that contributes to the fulfillment of the objectives of the NPVU under item 1.1 Technological and ecological modernization of the individual phases of the production processes in crop production during soil cultivation, fertilizing, plant protection and harvesting through the use of technological solutions that provide an opportunity for traceability or control of operations and/or process management and/or data generation and exchange and also point 1.7. Technological and ecological modernization of the individual phases of the production processes for animal husbandry, because through the additional equipment - CTM 4G communication telematics module will be able to perform and report these functions. To complement the objectives of point 1.7, the applicant has foreseen the implementation of a front-end loader on the farm.

Закупуване и доставка на земеделска техника: След подписване на договор за финансиране ще бъде сключен договор за закупуване на земеделска техника. След доставка и заплащане ще бъде извършена необходимата регистрация и ще бъдат подадени за плащане от страна на УО.

Управление и отчитане: След подписване на договор с УО, кандидатът ще проведе процедура за избор на изпълнител на база 2 оферти и ще сключи договор. След съгласуване на избрания изпълнител с ДФЗ ще се пристъпи към закупуване на избраната техниемика, регистемрация в КТИ на приложимата техника и внедряването и в дейността на дружеството. След това ще се пристъпи към отчитане и подаване на заявка за плащане.
