The project proposal envisages investment in construction and repair activities on the interior of the Chitalishte's building stock, organization of a local event to present the custom of "Lazarus" in an innovative, integrated and interactive approach and purchase of folk costume, as well as the purchase of new stage clothing. The dance community of the Chitalishte as well as individual performers of folk songs will take part in the event.
The project also envisages the development of an interpretation program for the cultural heritage in the village of Iskra and the region and preparation of guides and / or animators for their implementation, aimed at promoting and preserving the material and intangible cultural wealth.
