The current investment project of "STUKO INNOVATION" EOOD is related to the acquisition of material assets for the company. The investment proposal envisages the purchase of a backhoe loader and elements for horizontal and vertical formwork, the purpose of which is to increase the quality of services and expand the product range.
The excavator-loader subject to this project proposal has the following minimum technical characteristics:
• Maximum power (hp): from 90 to 110
• Volume (capacity) of a loading bucket (m3): from 1 to 1.2
• Type of loading bucket: min 4 in 1
• Excavator bucket - 600 mm
The engine will have EU Stage V to control exhaust emissions.
The elements for vertical and horizontal formwork, the subject of this design proposal, have the following minimum technical characteristics:
• Canvas with dimensions 2000/500/27 mm - 380 pcs.
• Steel profile with hook 100 cm - 300 pcs.
• Wedge for profile with hook - 300 pcs.
• Metal clamp for columns 15-45 cm - 80 pcs.
• Wooden beam L= 2.45 cm - from 850 to 860 l.m.
• Telescopic supports 1.60 - 2.90 m. – 300 pcs.
Since the value of the investment exceeds BGN 30,000.00 and the requested grant exceeds 50%, for the purchase of the assets, a contractor selection procedure will be conducted according to PMS No. 160.
In order to determine the budget price of the project proposal, a market research was done by collecting three bids and for each of the assets, the bid with the lowest price was selected and bid. The estimated value for the backhoe loader is BGN 143,000.00 excl. VAT, and for the elements for vertical and horizontal formwork it is BGN 41,198.95 excl. VAT. The total value of the investment is BGN 184,198.95 excl. VAT.
The amount of the grant applied for is BGN 138,149.21 and represents 75% of the total eligible costs of the project.

Разширяване на гамата от услуги чрез закупуване на строителна техника и оборудване: „СТУКО ИНОВЕЙШЪН“ ЕООД е строителна фирма, която до момента извършва строителни услуги свързани предимно с довъшителните работи ( шпакловки, замазки) в строителството и полагане на топлоизолация.
Целта, която си е поставило ръководството на „СТУКО ИНОВЕЙШЪН“ ЕООД с настоящото проектно предложение е закупуването на багер – товарач и елементи за хоризонтален и вертикален кофраж. Осигуряването на цитираното оборудване ще разшири продуктовата гама на кандидата и ще му позволи да завърши цикъла на строителство от изкопа и полагането на основите до приключване с довършителните работи.
