The project "Establishment of a park for walking, entertainment and play of pets" in the town of Popovo, will contribute to achieving the goals of both the National Development Program, RDP 2014-2020 and the "Plan for integrated Development of Popovo Municipality ”for the period 2021-2027. The investment costs envisaged in the project will help to improve the access and increase the attractiveness of the municipality and increase the quality of life. In response to the goal of the RDP 2014-2020, the implementation of the project will lead to the financing of publicly accessible outdoor areas intended for individual and group games will make them an attractive place for recreation and entertainment.
The project proposal envisages the construction of a site called "Separation of a park for walking, entertainment and play of pets", measuring 60 m. On Rakovska Street and in depth from Rakovska Street to the east 60 m. Popovo.
The territory, object of the investment is located in quarter 100, town of Popovo, which is Municipal property. The property is designated for a "park" and is in the urbanized area of Popovo.
It is planned to build a park for walking, entertainment and pets. It is planned to build a fence net of the park with a height of up to 2 m, and the terrain will be divided into two, for small and large quadrupeds, with the respective fence doors. It is planned to install sets of tables with benches for the owners, waste bins, as well as a fountain / fountain for people and pets installed in the two separate parts of the park. It is planned to install equipment and facilities for agility training / permanent obstacle: triple obstacles, squad for dogs - small, medium and large, jump with two levels, obstacles with adjustable height, obstacle to pass through the hoop, obstacle to pass "Dog's paw" , dog slalom, tunnel for dogs, training platform 60 cm, tunnel type house.
It is planned to make and place information boards indicating the rules in the park.

Извършване на строително-монтажни работи: Дейността ще обхваща изпълнение на строително-монтажни работи. След провеждане на тръжна процедура за избор на изпълнител, съгласно изискванията на ЗОП, с избрания изпълнител ще бъде сключен договор за изпълнение на строително-монтажни работи съгласно одобрен идеен проект.
Предвидено е изграждане на парк за разходка, развлечения и игра на домашни любимци. Предвидена е направа на оградна мрежа на парка с височина до 2 м., като терена ще е разделен на две, за малки и големи четириноги, със съответните оградни врати. Предвижда се монтаж на комплекти маси с пейки за стопаните, кошчета за отпадъци, както и фонтан/чешма за хора и домашни любимци монтирани в двете отделни части на парка. Предвижда се монтаж на уреди и съоръжения за аджилити тренировка/трайно препятствие: тройно препятствия, ескада за кучета – малка, средна и голяма, скок с две нива, препятствия с регулируема височина, препятствие за преминаване през обръч, препятствие за преминаване „Кучешка лапа”, кучешки слалом, тунел за кучета, платформа за дресиране 6о см., тунел тип къщичка.
Предвидена е изработка и поставяне на информационни табели обозначаващи правилата в парка.

Консултантска дейност по управление и отчитане на проекта: Ще бъде сключен договор с консултантска фирма, избрана от кандидата чрез директно договаряне по реда на ЗОП, за извършване на управление и отчитане на одобрения проект. Основните дейности по управлението и отчитането на проекта ще бъдат следните:
1. Обсъждане и приемане на подробен план за изпълнението на проекта
2. Контрол за изпълнение на целите и директна насоченост към резултатите на проекта;
3. Подготовка, създаване и архивиране на проектна документация;
4. Осъществяване на оперативен контрол върху изпълнението на дейностите;
5. Отчитане и минимизиране на рисковите фактори и трудностите.
