The objective of this reform is to lay the foundation for the digital transformation of the construction sector in Bulgaria. This shall be achieved through the development and adoption of a long-term strategy to introduce the Building Information Modelling into the design, execution and maintenance of construction works, as well as a roadmap for its implementation. The drafts of the strategy and the roadmap shall be prepared with the support of project REFORM/SC2020/089 "Preparation and launch of digital reform of the Bulgarian construction sector". The implementation of the reform shall be completed by 31 March 2023.
