Description

The project proposal aims to provide a modern material base that guarantees healthy and quality conditions for studying in “Asenova krepost” Kindergarten by creating a safe and attractive educational environment for students and increasing their motivation to learn.
The project includes the reconstruction and repair of the kindergarten in order to overcome the shortage of places in it. The project also includes implementation of energy-saving measures to increase the energy class of the building from "E" to "A".
The main target groups of the project are the students and their teachers, as well as the employees of the educational institution.
The implementation of the project will be carried out through engineering (design, construction and author's supervision). The implementation of all technical and energy-saving measures prescribed in the technical passport and in the energy efficiency certificate will be realized in the project.

Основен ремонт, реконструкция, основно обновяване и пристрояване на сградата: По дейността ще се възложи инженеринг за изпълнение на проектното предложение. В инженеринга ще бъдат включени: проектиране, извършване на строително-монтажни работи и осъществяване на авторски надзор. Част от тази дейност ще бъде осъществяването на независим строителен надзор. Чрез провеждане на процедура за възлагане на обществена поръчка по реда на ЗОП, ще бъде избран лицензиран консултант по строителен надзор. 1 011 597.33 997 877.11
