Throughout the implementation of the project, the Regional Directorate "Fire Safety and Civil Protection" - Gabrovo /RDFSCP - Gabrovo/ seeks to introduce new ways of managing the energy source variety in the building of the Regional Service "Fire Safety and Civil Protection" /RSFSCP - Gabrovo/, submitted to RDFSCP for management.
RSFSCP - Gabrovo is located in a land property with identification number 14218.504.29 on the cadastral map of the town of Gabrovo, with administrative address: town of Gabrovo, "Antim I-st", street No. 1. It is owned by the Ministry of the Interior, according to Act no. 2764-MoI / 19.01.2016, for public state property and was submited to the Director of the RDFSCP - Gabrovo for management, according to Management Order No 6121z-589/03.04.2023 by the Minister of the Interior. 85 people perform their official duties in the building.
It consists of a complex of four administrative buildings with a built-up area of 2409 sq.m. The four buildings are interconnected. They are monolithic buildings with reinforced concrete construction. The roof is of two types - flat and pitched tile roof. The overall condition of the buildings is unsatisfactory, partial improvements have been made.Energy-saving measures have not been implemented, the heating is from the thermal power plant, the building installations are in poor condition. Lighting is from heterogeneous sources.
According to the report of the energy audit, conducted on the building, covered by the project, the following measures should be implemented (Energy Efficiency Actions):
EEA B1 - Thermal insulation of external walls
EEA B3 - Thermal insulation of the roof
EEA B5 - Replacement of old window frames with a PVC/Al profile and double glazing system
EEA C6 - Replacement of HVAC systems
EEA C10 - Automatically of HVAC systems
EEA C12 - Replacement of lighting
EEA E1 - Installation of a photovoltaic plant for own needs on the roof of the building

Organization and management, information and publicity of the project.: За управление на проекта ще бъдат определени ръководител, технически експерт и финансов експерт. Ръководителят, финансовият експерт и технически експерт ще са от РДПБЗН - Габрово.
Публичността на проекта включва съвкупност от мероприятия, чрез които да се популяризира пред населението приноса на проекта към изпълнението на целите на ЕС, свързани с постигане на високо енергийно ефективен и декарбонизиран сграден фонд, и полученото финансиране от националният план за възстановяване и устойчивост. Ще се следва принципа за максимално ефективно разходване на средствата за информация и публичност.
