Object of the project investment are:
1. Fruit picking machine with a picking capacity of 300 trees/6 acres/day with a device for precise positioning of the machine, monitoring and tracking of the machine from the tractor cabin, reducing the amount of fruit waste to a minimum. - 2 pcs.
The fruit picking machines subject to the present investment are equipped with a device for precise positioning of the machine, monitoring and tracking of the machine by the operator from the tractor cabin, reducing the amount of fruit waste to a minimum. This device will monitor the work process for the exact positioning per machine and thus a machine will be positioned in the most correct place next to the tree, which in turn will reduce the waste and wastage of the production to a minimum, which will further increase profitability.
The fruit picking machines and the tractors they will work with are equipped with GPS Tracker and Software for tracking and controlling the machine, driver and inventory.
2. Gas truck, power 37.4 hp, load capacity 2,500 kg, lifting height 4,500 mm, fork extensions 2,000 mm long.
3. Electric trolley with load capacity 2000 kg, lifting height 200 mm. automatic device for reversing the direction of movement, automatic switch-off at maximum lift. -2 pcs.
The carts are electric, automated and will be used in the refrigerated tracks that are loaded only from the back and in the warehouse for loading and unloading activities during a campaign.
4. Delivery and installation of a 130kw photovoltaic system with a 130kw battery. For own needs.
The goals of this project are:
1. Increasing the efficiency of the farm by providing the necessary additional equipment for the short campaign period of 15 days in order to sell almost all of its production as BIO. Management of the picking process and reduction of scrap through a device for precise positioning of the machines.
2.Energy efficiency of the farm by building a photovoltaic plant for own needs.
