With the realization of the project company "Fish Factory" Ltd. will build a cage farm in Gostilica dam. The dam is located in the vicinity of the village of Belotintsi, Montana municipality. Designed for activities related to the production of fish and other aquatic organisms. The average depth of the dam is between 3 and 6 meters, the maximum 18 meters, the total flooded area is 83 decares and its total volume is 1,800 miles. The company plans to build a pontoon plant, a farm building for the farm's activity and a light prospecting fence, while providing security by purchasing a video surveillance and security system and providing a place for rest, meals and rest for workers by repairing residential building.
The project aims to meet all the selection criteria of the Applicant's Conditions of Measure 2.3. and collect a total of 79 points:
1. To open a new 7 pcs. new full-time jobs - 6 for professions not requiring special qualification and 1 Project Leader;
2. Achieve a positive net present value of the investment within the first 7 years of the project implementation;
3. Implement methods and technologies that improve the energy and resource efficiency of the enterprise, as shown in the Energy Summary;
4. An investment will be made to improve safety and working conditions by repairing and equipping a residential building, building a fence and installing security cameras;
5. An investment will be made in the reproductive and production process, with 1 of the cages being destined for growing of material;
6. Will be a cultivated species with very good market potential - rainbow trout;
7. Innovation on the farm will be introduced to help optimize aquatic environment parameters.
