With this project, the company applied for assistance due to the consequences of the war in Ukraine. Russia's war in Ukraine directly affected the Bulgarian fishing fleet. The war brought significant inflation and unpredictability to Black Sea trade activities. The other reason for the suspension of fishing activities is the military actions, which directly threatened the fishing grounds of the Bulgarian fishing vessels.
