Nenko Trifonov Foods Ltd. is a registered milk processor operating an enterprise on the land of the village of Vedrare, Banya Municipality. The company produces traditional dairy products under the brand name "Vedrare" situated in the high price range and popular among consumers as products of uncompromising quality in terms of raw materials and production technology. With the present project proposal "Nenko Trifonov Foods" Ltd. is applying for financial support for the purchase of specialized automatic lines and production equipment and facilities for the production of cow cheese "Danube" intended for installation in a building currently under construction on the territory of the enterprise. The project proposal is aimed at expanding the production capacity by building capacity for the production of traditional Bulgarian cheese such as Danube cheese, which is a natural continuation of the company's development in the traditional dairy industry. Currently, the company offers under its own brand cow's cheese "Danube", which is not produced in the company, but is imported by a European producer, as the interest and imposition of the product on the market motivates the current investment in creating a production building specializing in cheese production. "Danube". The construction of a fully automated Danube cheese factory will enable the product to be offered under more competitive conditions than at present, while achieving additional control over the raw material, quality control and flexibility of supply to the company's customers. The technology for production of the dairy product envisaged for implementation is in practice completely traditional, as through the use of modern technologies and digitalization the optimal automation / flow of the production process and quality control has been achieved.
