The project proposal includes renovation of the square space in front of the mayor's office and community center in PI 46067.2.134, LPR V - for the square and community center, quarter 10 of the PPP of the village of Madzhare, Samokov Municipality. The existing square space, located in the center of the village of Madzhare is of high social significance for the residents and guests of the village. The renovation of the terrain will enrich its content and will improve the living and recreation conditions of the inhabitants of the settlement. The land, subject of this project is municipal property, with a community center and a square, located in the central part of the village of Madzhare. It is provided with transport and pedestrian access and parking spaces. It is available for use by disadvantaged people. The terrain, subject of the project proposal, is built with a building for public service - community center and a building for trade. It is surrounded by a low, openwork, metal fence. Large woody vegetation is available. The activities under the project proposal are directly related to the small-scale infrastructure of the region, and to the development and promotion of the identity on the territory of FLAG "Samokov". The implementation of the project proposal will contribute to increasing the attractiveness of the fishing area.
In particular, the project provides for:
-Rehabilitation and renovation of the square space;
-Replacement of pavements, curbs;
-Installation of garden and park elements - benches, household waste bins, signs, etc .;
-Restoration fountain;
-Fencing of the terrain with an openwork wooden fence with a height of 1.20 m and an access door, with dimensions of 1.20 / 1.20 m, two-winged.
