ET "OMEX - DIMITAR DIMITROV" is a company agricultural producer, with continuous registration since 23.03.2012 with the main activity carried out in the lands of villages located in Sofia and Sofia city. Within the common European market, the applicant is engaged in the production of cereals and oilseeds, ie. of so-called “commodities” or goods used mainly as raw materials in the processing industry. These raw materials are traded on world commodity exchanges and the price levels of sales are directly determined by stock quotes. For this reason, it is essential for the applicant to produce a high quality agricultural product at a low production cost, allowing it to become highly competitive on the Community market. The purchase of a new high-efficiency tractor, equipment for digitalization of the farm, as well as innovative for the farm facilities for storage and packaging of agricultural products, aims to introduce new technologies by applying the principles of modern, digital agriculture. The implementation of the investment will ensure the independence of the activity for servicing and processing of the plantations; increasing market competitiveness by modernizing production conditions, contributing to the production of high quality agricultural products at low cost. The applicant intends to use the agricultural machinery, object of the investment for the cultivation of own and rented agricultural land; The total arable area is about 14,911 decares according to the questionnaire for the economic year 2020 - 2021. For the purposes of the project, all forecast data from the first to the fifth year are developed on the cultivation of 1200 decares of wheat and 1200 decares of sunflower. The aim of the farmer is, through the purchase of the new agricultural machinery, to carry out in time the necessary agro-technical measures for the cultivation of spring and autumn crops.

Внедряване на нови продукти, процеси и технологии и обновяване на наличните производствени материални и/или нематериални активи: Изпълнението на инвестиционното намерение по Подмярка 4.1 „Инвестиции в земеделски стопанства“ от мярка 4 „Инвестиции в материални активи“ от ПРСР 2014-2020 г. ще доведе до осигуряване на условия за постигане на устойчива стопанска жизнеспособност, чрез внедряване на нови технологии и прилагане на принципите на ефективно земеделие, което от своя страна ще повиши икономическа конкурентоспособност за кандидата. Наличието на високоефективна специализирана техника за земеделска обработка и придобиването на съоръжения за подготовка на продукцията за продажба, които се използват за съхранението на земеделските продукти, както и провеждане на необходимите агромероприятия в кратки срокове е необходима предпоставка за обслужване на програмата за земеделско производство на ЕТ "ОМЕКС - ДИМИТЪР ДИМИТРОВ". Придобиването на активите ще спомогне и за създаване на редуциране на разходите за суровини, материали, съхранение и ще допринесе директно за повишаване качеството на земеделската продукция. В допълнение, чрез допълването на съществуващия машинен парк ще бъдат внедрени нови процеси (консервационно земеделие) и цифрови технологии, като обновяване на наличните производствени материални и/или нематериални активи ще повиши устойчивостта, издръжливостта и подготвеността на стопанството за предизвикателствата предизвикани от необходимостта от преодоляване на последиците от климатичните промени. Със закупуването на така нужното оборудване на кандидата, ще бъдат значително редуцирани разходите за външни услуги, както и ще бъде намалена себестойността на продукцията.
