With this project proposal, the company "Ilitex" EOOD applies for the purchase of equipment necessary for carrying out technical inspections of motor vehicles. The applicant's project is submitted for approval under the Procedure for the selection of project proposals BG06RDNP001-19.673 LAG "Devnia - Aksakovo" - Measure 6.4 "Investment support for non-agricultural activities" from the RDP 2014-2020 and is in accordance with Priority 1 "Increasing the competitiveness of the local economy and the opportunities to create a local business", specific objective 1.1: "Development and stimulation of entrepreneurship and sustainable business, laid down in the Strategy for community-led local development of LAG "Devnia-Aksakovo. The project investment includes equipment necessary for carrying out technical inspections of motor vehicles.
The make, model and price of the equipment indicated in the investment table are indicative and are determined based on the received offer with the lowest price of the proposed equipment. In case of approval of the project proposal, an external procurement procedure will be conducted under PMS 160 according to the criteria set in the inquiries and the equipment supplier will be determined.

The main services that the technical inspection point will offer are:
Annual technical inspection of passenger cars - for private individuals and companies;
6-monthly technical inspections of taxi cars;
Annual technical inspection of light-duty vehicles up to 3.5 tons - of companies; Annual technical inspection of motorcycles - for private individuals. The total value of the investments amounts to BGN 49,704.00 excluding VAT. The project will be completed by the end of 2024.
