The difference is characterized depending on the used auxiliary substances - colorants, flavors, flavors. Alginate and various fruit flavors are prepared solutions in a certain concentration. The solutions are sprayed in a medium of calcium dichloride, spheres (pearls) are formed. The process below is described in a system for forming pearls. The finished products undergo subsequent washing, draining, then are placed in an aqueous medium. According to the technological project, the capacity of the production line is 50 tons per year of finished products in two-shift operation, but the applicant intends to initially operate in single-shift mode and capacity of 25 tons per year until established in the market as a name and place in this segment.
The resulting product is completely healthy and has many applications, such as a food additive in the molecular kitchen and others. The planned production line also includes a mobile photovoltaic system, which will satisfy the consumption of electricity, which has a relatively largest share in the formation of the cost, as well as water, which will also be from its own water source, which makes the project extremely environmentally friendly and environmentally friendly.
