With this project proposal, the applicant intends to turn the planned summer bar, which is in the process of being extended to the "HORLOG" guest house, Trigrad village, Devin municipality, into a workshop for processing fish and fish products, as well as for demonstrating culinary skills in the preparation of fish and fish products of local origin. The idea comes from the fact that there are many producers of fish and fish products in the area and the lack of places where you can taste them and see live how they are prepared. The fish preparation demonstration will be done in front of the customers at the tasting corner, which will be equipped according to the technological solutions of the designer and the contractor. With the present project, we foresee only the purchase of technological equipment, according to the technological project, and the construction part of the construction and remodeling of the summer bar will be entirely at the expense of the applicant. The technological equipment is entirely related to the idea of ​​demonstration activities on the preparation of fish and fish products in different ways, mainly with fish from local producers on the territory of MIRG VZR.
The main types of fish will be trout and carp, and they will be prepared in the oven and on a spit, as well as smoked. For this purpose, a fireplace with an oven and a spit will be built in the demonstration hall, in order to attractively prepare the fish. The other attraction will be freshly hot smoked fish, for which a fish smokehouse will be purchased. The remaining equipment is related to the storage and demonstration of the fish. Within the site there is also a pool for live fish, from which the fresh fish will be taken for cooking. For the extension of the restaurant, the applicant has a technical project and a building permit, as well as a title document, which he applies.
