The project proposal envisages modernization of the "Chestnuts" complex by purchasing assets in an existing restaurant with an adjoining hotel, a refrigerated bus to service the store network, owned by "Diem Group - 2008" Ltd. The refrigerated bus will deliver frozen food, meat and fish between the company's stores and also to the restaurant.
Hotel Kestenite is located at the beginning of Samokov, on the road Dupnitsa - Borovets - Plovdiv. The restaurant has 110 seats indoors and 25 outdoors. All hotel rooms are offered style, coziness and comfort - TV, minibar, telephone, personal safe, internet, air conditioning, and the deluxe and extra rooms and the apartments have a balcony, a bathroom with hydromassage and a steam bath. Chestnut Spa includes gym, sauna, jacuzzi. The dishes offered in the restaurant are prepared from eco products - own production and by a professional chef. Extreme attention is paid to the kitchen - quality food, masterfully prepared and served with care and desire to deliver pleasure to the customer. Chestnut barbecue restaurant is a suitable place for family celebrations, parties, business gatherings. The company also has a warehouse and 5 grocery stores in Samokov.
The restaurant also offers a variety of fish dishes, for which products are purchased from both local aquaculture producers and sea fish. The shops offer groceries, including fish.
The implementation of the project envisages the modernization of the restaurant of the complex, aiming to increase the tourist flow, thus promoting the area as a tourist and suitable for tourism. The project envisages to keep the existing staff, as well as to create employment for 2 more people. It is planned to diversify the range of dishes offered accordingly.

Развитие на стопански дейности /услуги - хотел и ресторант в които се предлагат продукти от сектор Рибарство и аквакултури.: С изпълнението на дейността ще се закупи оборудване за подобряване на услугите в хотел и ресторант "Кестените" в които се предлагат продукти от сектор Рибарство и аквакултури. Ще бъдат създадени във фирмата на пълно работно време 2 нови работни места с извършване на инвестицията. Ще се запазят съществуващите работни места. Ще се закупи транспортно средство - хладилен бус, необходим за транспортирането на стоки и продукти и най - вече транспортирането на риба и рибни продукти, тъй като за тях е необходимо да се съхраняват на определена температура. Настоящето проектно предложение е подадено от кандидат, притежаващ дългогодишен опит в сектора.
По прокта ще бъдат закупени:
1. 2 броя хладилни камери, които ще бъдат монтирани в търговския комплекс за съхранине на замразени храни и незамразени хранителни продукти.
2. камера за варене и опушване, ще бъде монтирано в ресторанта на хотала за приготвяне на ястия с цел разнообразяване на менюто на расторанта.
3. храдилен бус за обслужване на магазинната мрежа - 5 на броя магазини със замразени храни, меса в това число и риба.
