AQUA FISH 70 Ltd. is a company that has a valid permit for commercial fishing, according to the Law on Fisheries and Aquaculture (LRA) and a certificate of acquired right to use resources from fish and other aquatic organisms. The company operates in carrying out small-scale catches with two vessels in the segment below 12 meters and industrial fishing with one vessel in the segment over 12 meters. The company has a specialized vehicle purchased with co-financing from the Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Program 2014-2020, which is a guarantor of a real presence on the market of fish and fish products.
The investments envisaged in the project proposal will contribute to increasing the safety and working conditions of the operating and servicing vessels owned by the company.
The equipment envisaged for purchase in this project proposal is to meet the requirements of the Executive Agency of the Maritime Administration for navigation in an area up to 60 nautical miles. This, in turn, will allow AQUA FISH 70 Ltd. to position itself well in the market by providing the product catch on one of the company's vessels, ensuring the necessary safety and good working conditions for workers on board.
Through the implementation of the project proposal, AQUA FISH 70 Ltd. aims to create optimal conditions on board and crew of vessels owned by the entity named Kv6321NEPTUNE-70, ShB6057 and ShB5861.
The project proposal provides for training of staff to work with the equipment provided for purchase, in order to ensure proper and safe handling.
The company is registered under the Value Added Tax Act.
