Providing compensation to our aquaculture farm AQUA LAND BVB OOD for the additional costs incurred due to the market disruption caused by Russia's aggressive war against Ukraine and the consequences of this aggression on the supply chain of fisheries and aquaculture products by providing the grant in relation to the provisions of Article 68, paragraph 3 of Regulation (EU) No. 508/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 May 2014, on the basis of Regulation (EU) 2022/1278 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 July 2022 amending Regulation (EU) No 508/2014 as regards special measures to mitigate the effects of Russia's war of aggression against Ukraine on fishing activities and to limit the impact of the market shock caused by this aggressive war, on the supply chain of fisheries and aquaculture products. Eligible compensation is for price increases and feed and fuel costs incurred by our farm.
