The building is on two floors and a basement. Its main entrance is 15 meters high and is reached by ramp.
On the first floor are a porter, a safe, a wardrobe, a foyer, a triple staircase to the second floor, a auditorium with 273 seats, a coffee shop, serving sanitary facilities and warehouses. There is also a children's corner.
On the second floor are a foyer, a library, a reading room, a book store, a photo lab, a warehouse for archives, a living room, a room for noisy games, 2 offices, cinema halls, storage, projectors, expansion vessel, sanitary facilities, connecting corridors and a staircase.
In the basement there is a boiler room, oil, warehouse, ventilation room, mainly electric panel, storage rooms, wiper room, fireplace room, dressing room, dressing rooms and sanitary facilities.
The project proposal envisages the following activities:
- thermal insulation and roof repair;
- replacement of window frames - doors and windows;
- thermal isolation of the external walls of the building;
- fireproof thermal insulation strips;
- thermal isolation of the outer walls of the building by plinth;
- accessibility of the environment.
