Balchik Stroy EOOD has many years of experience in the retail sale of construction materials, El. and plumbing materials, parts, tools, timber and firewood. The main company code of economic activity is 47.52 Retail sale of hardware, paints and glass. A shop and a construction exchange have been built on a property co-owned by the company. Balchik Stroy EOOD has proven over the years as a loyal partner in the market with construction materials, construction mixtures and complete solutions for repairs at home or in the office.
The company offers fast solutions in customer service, quality service to each customer, constant updating of the product range and introduction of new materials and technologies. The aim of the company is to promote employment in the region of the LAG Balchik - General Toshevo, by creating a quality job and maintaining existing jobs. For this purpose, Balchik Stroy EOOD plans to put into operation equipment necessary for the overall activity of the company. With the commissioning of the forklift, stacker and construction of a metal shed provided for purchase, the aim is also to increase the competitiveness and quality customer service. The goals of the company directly correspond to the goals of the LAG Balchik-General Toshevo - increasing competitiveness and creating employment by creating new jobs in the territory of the LAG. Изграждане на метален навес (СМР): В рамките на тази дейност ще бъде изграден Метален навес (СМР) от строителна фирма, с която е сключен предварителен договор за извършване на строително-монтажните дейности. Ще бъде положена бетонна плоча, ще бъде излят ивичен фундамент и бетонни стъпки. Ще бъде изградена цялостна метална конструкция с метални профили. Покривът ще бъде изграден от ламаринени профили. За изпълнението на тази дейност фирма "Балчик Строй" ЕООД е направил всички нужни по закон предварителни съгласувателни процедури, както и има цялостна одобрена документация. Има одобрен инвестиционен проект. Издадено е разрешително за строеж от гл. архитект на Община Балчик с рег. Номер 41/11.05.2020г. Строежът ще се осъществи в имот ПИ 02508.55.204 по КК на гр. Балчик. Строежът е пета категория съгласно чл. 137, ал. 1, т. 5 от ЗУТ.
