"AGRO-PRODUCT" EOOD is a family company founded in 2008 in the beautiful Bulgarian village of Gabarevo, located in the heart of the rose valley near the town of Pavel Banya, famous for its healing mineral waters.
The company specializes in the production of essential oil products and aromatic waters, namely: rose oil, lavender oil, rose water and lavender water. The quality natural products produced by the company have had a great impact on the long-term loyal relationships built with its customers. Excellently known on the world market, trades with countries such as Japan, America, Germany, France, Italy, China and others.
The company owns a mobile distillery built in 2014 and in 2022 completed the construction of a new distillery for the processing of essential oil crops, built with financial support sub-measure 4.2. "Investments in processing/marketing of agricultural products", located in Gabarevo village, Pavel Banya municipality, Stara Zagora district.
With this project proposal, the company applies under Selection Procedure BG06RDNP001-4.014-Targeted acceptance for project proposals with an investment value of up to 300,000 euros under sub-measure 4.2. "Investments in processing/marketing of agricultural products" from measure 4 "Investments in tangible assets" of the Rural Development Program for the period 2014-2020.
The project proposal envisages the construction of a warehouse for essential oils and floral waters, in which the essential oil products produced in the new distillery will be stored. Essential oils are multi-component mixtures that must be stored at a temperature between 5 °C and 20 °C, isolated from direct sunlight and access to oxygen, in order to maintain a constant chemical composition. To maintain the quality of floral waters, it is necessary to place them at the same temperature limits, protected from direct sunlight and in hygienic conditions.

Проектното предложение предвижда изграждане на склад за етерични масла и флорални води, в който ще се съхраняват етеричномаслените продукти произведени в новата дестилерия. Етеричните масла са многокомпонентни смеси, който трябва да бъдат съхранени при температура между 5 °С и 20 °С, изолирани от пряка слънчева светлина и достъп на кислород, за да запазят постоянен химичен състав. За поддържане на качеството на флоралните води е необходимо те да бъдат поставени при същите температурни граници, защитени от пряка слънчева светлина и в хигиенни условия.
Инвестиционният разход, за който се кандидатства за подпомагане е Подобект 1. Сграда на склад за етерични масла и флорални води. Стойността на подобекта възлиза на стойност 859 850,93 лв. без ДДС, но за финансово подпомагане се кандидатства за стойност 586 740 лв. без ДДС, колкото е максималният размер на допустимите разходи за един проект.
