Inplast Ltd was established in 2005, mainly as a producer and distributor of PVC products, and later specialized in the production of WPC plastics.
The WPC products of Inplast Ltd are registered under the trade mark DeckPlast and comprise of a variety of products form wood-polymer composite materials:
- floor covering (decking), wall covering (siding) and all accompanying products like - lining profiles, end and corner profiles, stairs profiles, head boards and all other elements needed for the completion of floor and wall covering. The products are mainly used in the furnishing of hotels, swimming pools, restaurants, storage facilities.
The main advantages of selling own production are the very competitive prices and good quality we can offer our customers.
The main challenge for the development of the company is the constant need for new, energy-efficient technologies, with capabilities for automation and optimization of the production process. The current project proposal aims to tackle this problem by the purchase and installation of new, efficient, and what is most important no-leftover machines like:
1. WPC Granulator
2. WPC Extrusion line with 3 suitable extrusion matrices
3. WPC 3D Stenciling machine.
The purchase of these new machines will help the company improve its productivity, increase the production capacity and increase exports.
The project will be realized in the production base of Inplast Ltd in Kardzhali.

Дейност за подобряване на производствените процеси в Инпласт ООД: В рамките на тази дейност ще бъде доставено, изпитано и пуснато в експлоатация производственото оборудване, активите от което са описани подробно в бюджета на проекта, както следва:
- WPC Гранулираща линия - 1 бр.;
- WPC Екструзионна линия с 3бр. матрици- 1 бр.
- WPC Щампираща машина 3D - 1 бр.
Закупуването на всички изброени по-горе машини ще подобри значително производствените процеси във фирмата. С това оборудване фирмата ще подобри качеството на продукцията си и ще бъде по-конкурентноспособна. . По-конкретно ще се постигне автоматизиране на част от операциите, които в момента до голяма степен се извършват ръчно, което забавя процеса на производство.
