Programme: Innovations and Competitiveness

This project proposal envisages the establishment of a workshop for the production of metal products and parts for them by installing new machines for the production of metal products and parts for them, which corresponds to the investor's interests in accordance with the market requirements. The building is located on the plot of the village Kostenets, Kostenets municipality and it is above the level of the groundwater. The same is placed in the cadastral map and registers of the Kostenets SGKK.According to the developed and approved General Technology Plan (in the appendix), the following sectors will be identified and identified according to functionality, with separate reception areas, primary preparation, production-assembly and assembling, sweeping and dispatch, related to the technological process.
    Machinery and equipment will be newly purchased under the RDP 2014-2020 measure 6.4 and according to No. 2 purchased with company funds and will be installed in the production part of the building, performing the following operations:
Segment of Preforms and Materials / Sheet Material, Pipes, Metal Profiles, Sheaves /, Machining-Cutting, Cutting, Cutting, Mechanical Cutting Machine /
Welding Sector, Welding amp; Welding Sector, Metal Welding amp; Fitting sector, Finishing works sector, Warehouse equipment and tools, Temporary storage / warehousing / export sectorSecurity sanitary section with sub-sector for technological engineering, design and documentation. The following products will be produced.
