The management in the culture sector aims to realize a modern development model which leads to the inclusion of all municipal institutions, business environments, media, civic organizations and others in the process of continuous enrichment of cultural life in Samokov and Villages.
The activities of the municipality in the culture sector are focused on:-Improving the quality of the cultural environment;
