The current project will be realized by "DIMOTEK" Ltd. - a company specialized in the production of sintered contacts, contactors, contact elements and switches of steel, brass, copper and copper alloys (Wolfram / honey WCu). High voltage)". According to the National Classification of Economic Activities (NACE.BG - 2008), the activity of the company is classified with code 27.12 "Production of apparatus for management and distribution of electricity".
The production base of Dimoto is situated in the town of Dimovo and is equipped with modern and high-tech machines, ensuring speed, efficiency and precision of work. Despite the good technical feasibility of production, the company faces the serious challenge to respond adequately to the ever-growing demand for its products. The current production capacity (around 310,000 units / year at 100% load) is insufficient and slows the company's development.
With the implementation of this project, the available machines will be complemented by 1 high-performance 5-axis machining center, which will lead to:
1. Increasing the production capacity with over 10 000 pcs. details / monthly (120,000 per year);
2. Increasing the export potential of DIMOTEK. At the end of the forecasting period of the business plan, more than 250,000 pieces of workmanship are planned to be realized in the foreign markets;
3. Increasing Productivity;
4. Increase sales revenue;
Within the framework of the project activities are foreseen for the selection of a supplier (in accordance with the procedure described in the Guidelines for the Implementation of OPIC Contracts 2014-2020, ZUESEF and CMD No. 160 / 01.07.2016), delivery, installation and putting into operation of the machine.
The total value of the investment is 500 000,00 BGN, excluding VAT. The planned duration of the project is 12 months.

Дейност за подобряване на производствения капацитет на предприятието на „ДИМОТЕК“ ЕООД: Подобряването (увеличаването) на производствения капацитет на предприятието на „ДИМОТЕК“ ще бъде постигнато чрез закупуване на 1 брой 5-осен обработващ център.
Машината ще има следните минимални технически и функционални характеристики:
* Максимални обороти на шпиндела ≥ 12 000 rpm;
* Измервателен комплект с оптичен предавател на опипвача на детайла;
* 3D управление;
* Импулсен генератор;
Внедряването на обработващия център в производствения процес на предприятието ще доведе директно до увеличаване на броя на произведените детайли за ден, месец и година. Увеличението ще бъде в рамките на 120 000 бр. на годишна база. Машината ще може да извършва последователни сложни обработки на детайлите, с което ще отпадне необходимостта от обработка на даден детайл на няколко различни машини.
Направените проучвания показват, че на пазара има машини, които покриват поставените изисквания и осигуряват търсената ефективност, скорост и прецизност на работа, водещи да подобряване на цялостния производствен капацитет. Като придружителен документ, към проекта е представена оферта от потенциален доставчик - официален представител на производителя за територията на България.
