In the agricultural holding of ET "KOSTADIN IVANOV STEFANOV" is managed and cultivated a little over 5,200 decares of agricultural land in the lands of the village of Chokoba, the village of Venets, the town of Sliven, the village of Samuilovo, the village of Krushare, the village of Kamen, the village of Dragodanovo, village of Gergevets, municipality Sliven. The object of the project proposal will be the cultivation of agricultural land in the village of Krushare and the cultivation of cereals in the amount of 3,000 decares, of which 600 decares will be irrigated. The farm grows mainly cereals - cereals (soft wheat, sunflower, corn, rape). 
Under the current procedure, apply for the purchase of new equipment - Automation for a tractor, which is used in all agro-technical activities for growing crops, 2 minimum till cultivators, 1 precision digitized fertilizer, 1 machine for applying liquid fertilizers and 3 irrigation systems equipped with diesel pump units. This investment will lead to the improvement of the overall activity of the agricultural holding, will create better working conditions, as well as will increase the competitiveness of the agricultural holding.  The new technology helps to emit less harmful emissions, protects the soil during tillage and saves production resources. All this will have a positive effect in the direction of environmental protection. Irrigation systems will significantly increase the yield of agricultural products and their quality.
In addition, faster and more timely implementation of agro-technical measures will be achieved and the cost of production will be significantly reduced, as a result of reducing the cost of fuel and lubricants and repairs.
