The present project will be realized by the company "MILEN TZOKOV" Ltd. - Pleven, specialized in the production of polyethylene heat shrink film, polyethylene bags, roof foils, sacks and envelopes for the sewing industry. According to the National Classification of Economic Activities (NACE.BG - 2008), the activity is classified with code 22.22 "Production of plastic packaging". The production activity of the company is carried out in its own base with an area of 980 square meters, located on a plot of 1,800 square meters.
The main challenge facing the company is insufficient production capacity (despite the full load of available equipment) to meet the ever-increasing demand. Insufficient capacity makes it impossible to take large orders and execute them for short periods, thus hindering the development of the company.
Through the implementation of this project, the existing equipment will be complemented with new, modern and high-performance machines: Machine for production of garbage bags - 1 pc. and flexo printing machine - 1 pc.
The implementation of the machines in the production process will lead to:
1. Increase in production capacity and production capacity of 249 tons of plastic packaging at the end of the period considered in the business plan.
2. Increasing the export potential of "MILEN TZOKOV" EOOD. It is planned that, at the end of the forecast period, more than 7 tonnes of manufactured products will be realized on the external markets;
3. Increasing Productivity;
4. Increase in net sales revenue;
Within the framework of the project activities are foreseen for the selection of a supplier (in accordance with the procedure described in the Guidelines for the Implementation of OPIC Contracts 2014-2020, ZUESEF and CMD No. 160 / 01.07.2016), delivery, installation and putting into operation of equipment.
The total value of the investment is BGN 395 077.66 excluding VAT. The planned duration of the project is 12 months.

Дейност за подобряване на производствения капацитет на предприятието на „МИЛЕН ЦОКОВ“ ЕООД: Подобряването (увеличаването) на производствения капацитет на предприятието ще бъде постигнато чрез закупуване и внедряване на: Машина за производство на торби за смет с връзки и с мека извита дръжка - 1 бр. и Флексопечатна машина - 1 бр.
Машините ще притежават следните минимални технически и функционални характеристики:
Машина за производство на торби за смет с връзки и с мека извита дръжка:
• Инструменти за мека извита дръжка;
• Инструменти за торби с връзки;
• Възможност за промяна на дължината и броя на торбите през екрана за управление;
• Ширина на фолиото в диапазона 200 – 800 мм.;
Флексопечатна машина
• Тип на печата ≥ 2 цвята;
• Максимална механична скорост ≥ 130 м./мин.;
• Максимална дължина на печат ≥ 300 мм.;
• Максимална ширина на печат ≥ 800 мм.
Внедряването на машините в производствения процес ще позволи на предприятието едновременно да увеличи производството и да добави стойност към произвежданите продукти. Физическото увеличение на производството ще бъде с 32 тона /годишно, а добавената стойност ще бъде печат на изображения и данни върху продуктите.
Направените проучвания показват, че на пазара има машини, които покриват поставените изисквания и осигуряват търсената ефективност, скорост и прецизност на работа, водещи да подобряване на цялостния производствен капацитет. Като придружителен документ към проекта са представени оферти от потенциален доставчик, който е производител на оферираните машини.
