This project envisages the supply of DMA, which will ensure technological modernization, expansion and diversification of the production of metal products, including the development of digitalization - application of modern ICT in the company.
The delivery of 2 (two) machines with digital program control is planned, through which the production of metal products will be expanded, along with the diversification of their form (design) and purpose. Thus, the attractiveness of the offered products will be significantly increased and attract new customers.
The main emphasis in the technological modernization of the project is placed on the complex digitalization of the processes in the company, united through a single ICT system along the production cycle - from the development (design), the implementation of operations at workplaces, to the final production and readiness for handing over the product to the client .
The machines planned for delivery are digitally-programmed (digitalized), which ensures greater accuracy of processing, and hence significantly higher quality of the final products. In addition, digitization helps reduce the manufacturing cycle, starting from computer design, through machine setup, to obtaining a finished machined part.
The project includes the delivery of:
- The machine for laser cutting (cutting) of metal products, including pipes (three-coordinate cutting machine with digital setting and process control);
- Hydraulic press brake with digital setting and process control.
With the inclusion of the new machines in the company's production cycle, it will improve as the development of digitalization, the production possibilities will be expanded and the production will be diversified.
Delivery, installation and commissioning of the envisaged DMAs will be carried out by external suppliers in accordance with the requirements of the program and national legislation.

Доставка на ДМА за подпомагане на цифровизацията на производствените процеси, свързани с разширяване на производството и разнообразяване на предлаганите продукти: По този проект е предвидена доставка, инсталиране и пускане в действие на ДМА за разширяване на производството на дружеството. Основни елементи от всеки предвиден за закупуване ДМА са дигиталните компоненти, чрез които се осигурява директно подпомагане на цифровизацията на производствените процеси. Чрез включването на нови цифрови мощности и комбинирането им с наличната компютърна техника, дружеството придобива ново, по-високо качествено ниво за осигуряване на безопасни и качествени продукти - строги изисквания на европейското хармонизирано законодателство към строителните продукти - Регламент 305/2011 и свързаните с него хармонизирани европейски стандарти.
По проекта е предвидено да се закупят, доставят, монтират и пуснат в действие следните ДМА:
1. Машина за разкрой на листов материал с фибро-оптичен лазерен източник;
2. CNC Хидравлична абкантпреса.
Всички предвидени за доставка ДМА са насочени пряко както към цифровизация, така и към разширяване на производствения капацитет и разнообразяване на производството- изпълнени са изискванията за придобиване на нови технологии с акцент върху цифровизацията.
