The project is a continuation of the development policy of the meat processing plant Rodopa Troyan OOD, whose main purpose is to offer the highest class of quality meat products to the people under the best conditions. The company is constantly investing in new production facilities as a key element in increasing productivity, in human resource development, in new governance models, and in a modern development policy that combines the style and uniqueness of the beautiful Troyan end and European values.Today, about 200 items are produced in Rodopa Troyan, according to approved recipes and modern technology. The company is one of the leading companies in the branch of the LAG Troyan, Apriltsi, Ugyrchin.
At present, there are 50 employees working in Rodopa Troyan Ltd., which makes the company one of the most serious employers in the municipality. Management policy is to invest in the factors of production in order to be able to develop and meet the requirements of the market and the dynamic changes and the competitive environment.
Project "Increasing the Productivity and Competitiveness of Rodopa Troyan Ltd through Investments in Production Facilities", aims to purchase new machines, described in item 11 - Additional information that will be deployed in production, and this will allow an increase in the company's productivity by more than 30 percent annually, will allow an increase in the market share by more than 20 percent, including increasing the potential for export, reducing production costs, and enhancing energy efficiency by over 10 percent. The project will allow more 4 employees to be hired which has a socio-economic effect and added value for the local economy. The project will strengthen the company's competitiveness, which is also a key objective set in the WG of the LAG Troyan, Apriltsi, Ugarchin, as well as a main goal at the national level to stimulate small and medium enterprises as a backbone of the economy.
