The project aims to increase the competitiveness of "Ceramics Burgas" AD and reach to external market by increasing production capacity, modernization and technological innovation.
The expected results of the implementation of the project proposal are:
• Increase production capacity
• automation and robotic manufacturing process;
• Increase productivity with more than 17.67%;
• Reducing production costs by more than 16.73%;
• Reducing the energy intensity of production by 4-6%;
• Improving production quality and increasing the range of products offered;
• Reach to the external markets;
• Improved working conditions and safety;
Provided major project activities are:
Activities for implementation of new technologies to improve resource efficiency and effectiveness in the production process:
• Purchase and Installation of:
• Robotic Installation for grouping and order of extruded, dried, clay blocks on the furnace wagon - 1 pc.
• Robotic Installation for grouping and order of baked, construction, ceramic blocks on the pallet and its submission to the machine strechirane and subsequent transportation to the area for expedition - 1 pc.
• Automatic vertical packaging machine with stretch film with motorized conveyor platform, equipped with a stapler device, cutting device and touch control panel to manage - 1 pc.
Project budget is 590 000 BGN.
Project duration is 12 month.
Methodology for implementation:
For the project"Ceramics Burgas" AD will form the project implementation team with the task of organizing the technical and financial implementation of the project - according to the Guidance for the implementation of contracts for grants under OP "Innovation and Competitiveness" 2014-2020 and Council of Ministers Decree No. 118 / 20.05.2014

2. Роботизирана инсталация за групиране и нареждане на изпечени, строителни, керамични блокове върху палет и подаването му към машина за стречиране и последващото му транспортиране до зоната за експедиция – 1 бр., състояща се от:
o 1. Подаваща лента, на която се подават блоковете
o 2. Групираща маса, за групиране на блоковете
o 3. Робот с графер с възможност за нареждане върху пале
o 4. Магазин за палети с капацитет 3 пакчи по 12 палета = 36 палета
o 5. Транспортни ролгангове общо 16 метра - комплект
o 6. Система за подаване на палет един по един
o 7 .Система за автоматично управление
3. Автоматична вертикална машина за опаковане със стреч фолио с моторизиран конвейер на платформата, оборудвана със защипващо устройство, устройство за рязане и сензорен контролен панел за управление.
