The present project presents the investment intention of GRACE ENGINEERING Ltd. for increasing the production capacity by purchasing modern welding and metalworking equipment.
The main scope of activity of the company is the design and production of pellet installations (burners, boilers and fireplaces), code NACE - 2008: 28.21 "Manufacture of furnaces and burners". The activity is carried out in own production facility in the town of Gorna Oryahovitsa.
Despite the good technical feasibility of production, the company faces the serious challenge to respond adequately to the ever-growing demand for its products. The current production capacity of about 2,900 burners and boilers (at 100% machine load) is insufficient and slows the company's development.
With the implementation of this project, the available machinery will be complemented by:
1. Robotic welding system - 1;
2. Punching Machine - 1;
The introduction in the production process of the new high-tech welding and metalworking machinery will lead to:
1. Increasing the production capacity with more than 40 pcs. pellet burners and boilers / monthly (490 per year);
2. Increasing the export potential of GRACE ENGINEERING LTD. It is planned that, at the end of the forecast period, 150 units of the constructed facilities will be realized on the foreign markets;
3. Increasing Productivity;
4. Increase in net sales revenue;
Within the framework of the project activities are foreseen for the selection of a supplier (in accordance with the procedure described in the Guidelines for the Implementation of OPIC Contracts 2014-2020, ZUESEF and CMD No. 160 / 01.07.2016), delivery, installation and putting into operation of machines.
The total value of the investment is BGN 634,500.00 excluding VAT. The planned duration of the project is 12 months.

Дейност за подобряване на производствения капацитет на предприятието на „ГРЕЙКО ИНЖЕНЕРИНГ“ ООД: Подобряването (увеличаването) на производствения капацитет на предприятието на „ГРЕЙКО ИНЖЕНЕРИНГ“ ООД ще бъде постигнато чрез закупуване на: 1. Роботизирана система за заваряване - 1 бр.; 2. Щанц машина - 1 бр.;.
Машините ще имат следните минимални технически и функционални характеристики:
Роботизирана система за заваряване:
• Робот:
o Антропоморфна структура;
o Контролирани оси ≥ 6 бр.;
o Товароносимост ≥ 10 кг.
o Максимален работен обхват ≥ 2010 мм.
• Система за управление с възможност за надграждане с допълнителни роботи, манипулатори и позиционери;
• Пулт за програмиране на робота с цветен тъчскрийн дисплей;
• Станция ва автоматично почистване на горелката;
• Сензор за откриване началото на заваръчния шев;
• Импулсен заваръчен източник;
Щанц машина:
• Капацитет: ≥ 300 (kN);
• Ход по Y оста с единичен инструмент: ≥ 1250 мм.;
• Ход по Y оста с множествен инструмент (Multitool): ≥ 1300 мм.;
• Максимален брой удари при ниблиране с 1 мм. ход: ≥ 1000 удара/мин.
• Макс. брой удари при щанцоване и 20 мм ход: ≥ 375 удара/мин;
• Макс. брой удари при маркиране: ≥ 2000 удара/мин.
• CNC;
Внедряването на двете машини в производствения процес на предприятието ще доведе директно до оптимизиране на изключително важните операции по заваряване и щанцоване и увеличаване на броя на произведените пелетни горивни съоръжения (горелки и котли) за ден, месец и година. Увеличението ще бъде в рамките на 490 бр. на годишна база.
Направените проучвания показват, че на пазара има машини, които покриват поставените изисквания и осигуряват търсената ефективност, скорост и прецизност на работа, водещи да подобряване на цялостния производствен капацитет. Като придружителни документи, към проекта са представени оферти от потенциални доставчици - представители на производителите за територията на България.
