The current project proposal is for the purchase and commissioning of a Fiber Laser Machine. The Fiber laser machine for purchase is a new generation machine that fully meets all standards for environmental protection and the transition to a circular economy. The purchased machine will replace two of the currently available laser machines, which are quite old, inefficient and generally outdated technology. When using the currently available laser machines, a large amount of raw material waste (sheet metal) is generated, which can not be reused, also the production time per unit product is significantly longer, as well as the electricity consumption compared to The fiber laser machine that is intended for purchase. With the introduction of a Fiber laser machine, a lower consumption of sheet metal is ensured thanks to the available option Common cut, which allows to program the cutting of two adjacent parts with one common cut, i.e. a section is programmed as part of two workpieces. This makes it possible to avoid the generation of waste, which is impossible when cutting with the two laser machines available and planned for replacement, because with them the cutting of each part must be programmed separately, leaving waste sheet metal between the parts, which could not to be used. When cutting with a Fiber laser machine, thanks to precise hardened guides, high dynamics and accuracy of the machine are ensured and the risk of producing low-quality (inaccurately sized) parts is avoided, which often happens in the operation of old laser machines, and accordingly these low-quality parts are waste.

Чрез закупуването и въвеждането в експлоатация на Файбър лазерна машина се осигурява въвеждането на кръгов модел в направлние Намаляване образуването на отпадъци и по-точно:
- благодарение на прецизни закалени водачи се осигурява висока динамика и точност на машината и се избягва риска от производство на некачествени (с неточни размери) детайли, които некачествени детайли са отпадък.
