The present project presents the investment plan of PLASTIKO Ltd to increase the capacity for the production of polymer film for industrial packaging. According to the National Classification of Economic Activities (NACE.BG - 2008), the activity of the company in 2017 is classified with code 22.21 "Manufacture of sheets, plates, pipes and profiles of plastics". The production base of PLASTICO is located in Veliko Tarnovo.
Despite the good technical feasibility of production, the company faces the serious challenge to respond adequately to the ever-growing demand for polyethylene film. The current production capacity of about 150 tons per year, at 100% of the available capacity, is insufficient and slows the company's development.
With the implementation of the present project, the available machines will be supplemented with 1 new, modern and high-performance Foil extruder, whose implementation in the production process will lead to:
1. Increasing the production capacity by 39.5 tons per year;
2. Increasing the export potential of PLASTICO. It is planned that, at the end of the forecast period, more than 13 tonnes of the film produced be realized on the external markets;
3. Increasing Productivity;
4. Increase in net sales revenue;
Within the framework of the project activities are foreseen for the selection of a supplier (in accordance with the procedure described in the Guidelines for the Implementation of OPIC Contracts 2014-2020, ZUESEF and CMD No. 160 / 01.07.2016), delivery, installation and putting into operation of the machine.
The total value of the investment is BGN 197 538,83, excluding VAT. The planned duration of the project is 12 months.

Дейност за подобряване на производствения капацитет на предприятието на „ПЛАСТИКО“ ООД: Подобряването (увеличаването) на производствения капацитет на предприятието ще бъде постигнато чрез закупуване и внедряване на: Фолийна екструдерна машина - 1 бр.
Машината ще притежава следните минимални технически и функционални характеристики:
• Диаметър на шнек А ≥ 50 мм.;
• Диаметър на шнек Б ≥ 55 мм.;
• Ширина на валовете на изтеглящата кула ≥ 1200 мм.;
• Хоризонтална осцилираща изтегляща секция: ≥ 330 градуса ≤ 360 градуса;
• Третираща секция за последващ печат на фолиото ≥ 1200 мм.;
• Флексопечатащ модул;
• Автоматичен гравиметричен компютърен контрол на дебелината на фолиото;
• Модул за контрол на вертикалност при навиване на ролките;
• Двустранно навиващо устройство с междинна секция за цепене, автоматичен контрол на натягането и автоматична смяна на готовите ролки;
Машината покрива целия производствени процес, състоящ се в екструдирането на пластична маса (полиетилен) под високо налягане, през формираща глава, в резултат на което се получава крайният продукт - фолио. Внедряването на машината в производствения процес ще позволи на предприятието да увеличи производството с 39.5 тона /годишно.
Направените проучвания показват, че на пазара има машини, които покриват поставените изисквания и осигуряват търсената ефективност, скорост и прецизност на работа, водещи да подобряване на цялостния производствен капацитет. Като придружителен документ към проекта е представена оферта от потенциален доставчик- производител на оферираното оборудване.
