Uzo Ltd was established with Ruling 220/2003 of the Sliven regional court. The company mainly manufactures and and sells lighting fixtures and elements and its NACE code is 27.40 Manufacture of electric lighting equipment. The company distributes its products under the brand name "Asya". Asya lighting manufactures interior, exterior, garden and facade fixtures. For the production of its lighting fixtures, which mainly use LED lights, are used natural and long-lasting materials like steel, forged iron, textiles, crystal and glass.
The current project is aimed at introducing new equipment in the production process, which will be able to replace some of the existing machines and increase the production capacity. Under the project we intend to purchase the following machines:
- Automatic bending machine - 1pc.
- Automatic metal spinning machine - 1pc.
- Wire welding machine - 1 pc.
- Band saw machine- 1pc.
- Welding table - 1 pc.
The main part of the production process includes the manufacture of blanks and ready elements from sheet steel, used for the production of lighting fixtures. The cutting and drawing out of pieces themselves is currently manual, which slows down the production, lowers the production quality, leads to waste of a lot of material. Through the realization of the project, all those negative factors will be mitigated. After the execution of the project, the productivity of the company will be increased by 50% over three-year period.

Дейност по подобряване на производствения капацитет: В рамките на тази дейност ще бъде поръчано, доставено, изпитано и пуснато в експлоатация производственото оборудване, описано подробно в бюджета на проекта, а именно:
- Механизирана огъваща машина- 1 бр.;
- Автоматична машина за изтегляне на метал- 1 бр.;
- Машина за челно заваряване на тел - 1бр.;
- Лентоотрезна машина- 1бр.;
- Маса заваръчна - 1бр.
Предвидените за въвеждане нови мощности притежават ценни технологични показатели и ще дадат възможност за изработване на по-сложни детайли и конструкции. Новите активи ще осигурят по-високата прецизност при изработката на детайли, което ще гарантира, че предприятието се съобразява напълно с индивидуалните изисквания на клиентите.
