In the implementation of the project,it is planned to purchase new equipment and furniture in the "Yo-Ni"mini market.Mini market "Yo-Ni"opened 3 years ago,always striving to offer its customers quality and diverse food products.The refrigerated showcase in which meat products,sausages,chilled salads, etc. are available.it is from previous owners and is over 15 years old,therefore,in the implementation of the project,it is planned to purchase a new oneOn the one hand, this will reduce the consumption of electrical energy,and on the ,it will contribute to the proper storage of food products and,accordingly,less disposal of them,which is important for the protection of the environment.As part of the project,it is planned to purchase a new refrigerated display case in which to display and properly store the entire assortment of fruits and vegetables offered in the storeThis will be an innovation in the supply of fruits and vegetables in the city of Kotel,because after an informal inspection of the facilities in theMunicipality of Kotel,offering similar goods,it was established that none of the facilities have this type of efrigerated showcase for fruits and vegetables stocking the entire available assortment.Fruit and vegetables will be sourced from local producers,making use of local resources and products and making the offering even more innovative"Yo-Ni"also works for the development of technologies in the field of the"green economy".With its own funds,a power plant was built for its own needs In the implementation of the project,it is planned to replace the racksThis will improve the display of goods in established sectors according to the type of product,will facilitate the work of the staff,will contribute to the better appearance of the store,better traceability of expiration dates and,accordingly,less wastage and disposal of food products.A pleasant interior and competent merchandising can increase sales several times and contribute to attracting new customers.

Доставка на ново обзавеждане и оборудване: При изпълнението на дейността се предвижда да бъде закупено ново оборудване и обзавеждане в мини маркет "Йо-Ни". Хладилната витрина, в която са изложени месни продукти, колбаси, охладени салати е над 15 годишна. Това ще намали потреблението на ел. енергия, а от друга ще допринесе за правилното съхранение на хранителни продукти и съответно по-малко изхвърляне на такива, което е от значение за опазването на околната среда. Освен хладилната витрина за месни продукти, която ще замени старата се предвижда да се закупи и нова хладилна витрина, в която да бъде излаган и правилно съхраняван целият асортимент от плодове и зеленчуци, предлаган в магазина. Това ще бъде иновация в предлагането на плодове и зеленчуции в град Котел, тъй като към момента в нито един обект не разполагат с такъв тип хладилна витрина за плодове и зеленчуци, съхраняваща целия наличен асортимент. Освен подмяната на старо оборудване и закупуване на ново иновативно, в изпълнение на дейността се предвижда и подмяна на стелажите с нови. Това ще подобри излагането на стоките в обосовени сектори според вида на продукта, ще улесни работата на персонала, ще допринесе за по-добрия облик на магзина, по-добрата проследяемост на сроковете на годност и съответно по-малкото разхищение и изхвърляне на хранителни продукти. Приятният интериор и компетентният мърчандайзинг може да увеличи продажбите няколко пъти и да допринесе за привличането на нови клиенти, тъй като ще бъде хубаво за хората да отидат в уютен магазин.
