The purpose of the Municipality of Obetag is to renovate three schools in the field of energy efficiency measures. The scope is in the following schools: Nikola Vaptsarov Primary School, Vrani Kon village, Simeon Velchev High School, Omurtag and Hristo Botev Primary School, Kamburovo, Omurtag Municipality. By introducing energy measures, the municipality aims to retain young people and attract new companies for the purpose of turning the business environment. By introducing the measures and the resulting economy of the average, the Omurtag municipality will have a greater free financial resource that will be able to redirect to other activities to improve the living environment. Introducing energy efficiency measures will contribute to the modernization of educational institutions, their development, and from there a better learning environment, which in turn is a prerequisite for better education for students and realization in the future. Improvements will also contribute to the greater comfort of both students and teachers, which generally leads to a better quality of the learning process.
