One of the basic conditions for achieving this is that the work must be done by a high qualified and experienced team. Because of that, a sustainable priority for the company, now and before, is investing in regular improvement of the skills and wualifications of its employees. Training on the work place is one of the components that is a priority in the compnay's work, because it helps for faster adaptation and successfull entrance in the specifics of the job for the employees and creates conditions for improving their commitment and retention on the organization.
That's why, the candidate foresees conduction of professional qualification tranings. Opus 44 Ltd. employees will get an opportunity to achieve a professional qualification, which will upgrade and add to ther knowledge and skills, as this will contribute for increase of their general skill spectrum and this is substantialy important for their successful realization on the labor market.
The realization of the current project proposal will contribute to development the capacity of the company's employees and is consistent with the processes of lifetime learning as a condition for establishing and increasing their competitiveness on the labor market.

Провеждане на професионално обучение за придобиване на трета квалификационна степен по професия Организатор в дървообработването и производството на мебели, специалност Дървообработване: Дейността предвижда професионално обучение за придобиване на трета квалификационна степен на 32 лица, заети по трудов договор в дружеството, по професия Организатор в дървообработването и производството на мебели с код 543100, специалност Дървообработване с код 5431002.
Хорариум на обучението - 960 учебни часа;
*Теория - 378 учебни часа;
*Практика - 582 учебни часа;
Брой на обучаваните лица - 32 (тридесет и две);
Документ, доказващ завършеното обучение - свидетелство за професионална квалификация съгласно ЗПОО.
Професионалното обучение ще се провежда 6 пъти седмично, по 5 учебни часа дневно, като за времето, в което обучението ще съвпада с установеното по индивидуалните трудови договори работно време, кандидатът в качеството си на работодател ще издава нарочни заповеди, чрез които ще разпорежда в съответните части от работния ден, работниците да присъстват на обучението.
