With this project proposal Osman Habibullah Hyulmi applies for financial assistance under the Selection Procedure BG06RDNP001-4.012 under sub-measure 4.1 "Investments in agricultural holdings".
With the project proposal the farmer envisages the purchase of a tractor for carrying out the mechanized activities on the farm.
In the economic year 2020-2021 the farmer cultivates about 120 decares of perennial plantations with apricots, walnuts and almonds. With this project proposal, apply for financial support for the purchase of a tractor - 1 pc. of a total value of BGN 54,228.00 with VAT.
The capacity of the tractor is in accordance with the size of the areas reflected in Table 4. of the business plan, so that the newly purchased tractor is optimally loaded. The business plan has been developed for 80 decares of perennial apricot plantations, for which the farmer undertakes to maintain for three years from the date of the final payment.
The tractor that the farmer owns is highly depreciated, with low power and is not sufficient to perform all mechanized activities on the farm. This leads to the need to buy a new modern tractor.

Подобряване на цялостната дейност на земеделския стопанин, чрез обновяване на наличните производствени материални активи в земеделското стопанство: С настоящото проектно предложение „Закупуване на трактор“ по Процедура чрез подбор №BG06RDNP001-4.012 по подмярка 4.1 „Инвестиции в земеделски стопанства“, земеделският стопанин предвижда да инвестира 54 228,00 лв с ДДС в закупуването на трактор KIOTI DK 6020C – 1 бр.
100 % от инвестиционните разходи в проектното предложение са изцяло насочени в сектор "Плодове и зеленчуци", а именно за изпълнение на механизираните дейности по 80 дка трайните насаждения от кайсии.
Капацитетът на техниката е съобразен с размера на площите отразени в Таблица 4. на бизнес плана, така че новозакупеният трактор да бъде оптимално натоварен. Бизнес планът е разработен за 80 дка трайни насаждения от кайсии, за които земеделският стопанин поема ангажимент да поддържа в продължение на три години от датата на окончателното плащане.
Трактора, който земеделският стопанин притежава е силно амортизиран, малка мощност и не е достатъчен за извършване на всички механизирани дейности в стопанството. Това води до необходимостта от закупуване на нов модерен трактор.
