The project proposal of ET Lyubomir Lyubenov - Stroy was developed in accordance with the conditions for application under measure 6.4.1 "Investment support in non-agricultural activities from SVOMR of NGO LLG" Radomir - Zemen ", funded under the RDP 2014 - 2020 and provides for the purchase of construction machine roller - 1 piece, which will offer services related to alignment, drainage activities, leveling and preparation of construction sites. The activities will be carried out on the territory of the municipalities of Radomir and Zemen - the territory of the LAG. The place of implementation of the project will be in the town of Radomir, municipality. Pernik, where the machine will be serviced and stored and from where the activity will be organized. The city has a convenient location of roads and the ability to move easily and quickly. It is located relatively equidistant from the settlements. It is planned to create 4 new jobs - roller driver, administrative staff and general worker, who will be full-time. The company was established in 2020 and at the time of application no staff has been appointed. The company intends to develop activities in the sector "Construction services. Buying new construction machinery is one of the effective ways to protect the environment and reduce the negative impact on nature.
