Due to its unique natural features and well-preserved monuments from different historical eras, the Old Town of Nessebar is included in the List of World Cultural Heritage Monuments. The current project proposal envisages the implementation of the last stage of the route, with which the new tourist attraction - cultural-tourist route "Spiritual Path" in the fishing area - old town of Nessebar will be completely completed, and for this purpose the existing street and sidewalk pavements along the street will be replaced .Mesambria with original ones from the Renaissance. The architectural concept for the current route is directly related to the general strategy of the Municipality of Nessebar for the preservation of the world value and cultural heritage - the ancient city of Nessebar with the aim of shaping the main pedestrian routes with pavements from the Renaissance period - replacing the existing asphalt pavements with pavement on the streets and replacing concrete slabs on sidewalks with new flagstone pavements. The investment in the tourist attraction cultural-tourist route "Spiritual Path" aims at the development of an alternative form of tourism in the fishing region - cultural and pilgrimage tourism, through a modern integral expression of the unique valuable characteristics of Nessebar as a system of cultural-tourist routes in the "Old Town of Nessebar ", which fully express the variety of value characteristics and the unique stratification of the city - the result of centuries-old historical evolution. Cultural-tourist route "Spiritual Path" reintegrates the emblematic churches of Nessebar into modern city life, providing the city's tourists with an educational attraction in conditions as close as possible to natural ones by using original materials characteristic of bygone eras.

Реконструкция на ул. „Месамбрия“ /частично – о.т. 92- о.т. 93 – о.т. 98 – о.т. 60 – о.т. 60 – о.т. 59 – о.т. 58 – о.т. 50/ гр. Несебър: Дейността включва извършване на строително-монтажни работи за реконструкция на уличната мрежа и ще допринесе за постигане общата цел на проекта. Състои се от извършване на съответните подготвителни работи, земни работи - усилване и уплътняване на уличното платно и основата за тротоарите и изпълнение на конкретните пътни работи съгласно одобрената количествена сметка. Предвижда се максимално запазване на нивелетите по улиците и замяна на асфалтовите настилки с каменна настилка от вулканична скала /гранит или сиенит/, сива на цвят върху уплътнена до зададените стойности от лабораторните измервания. Паветата ще са с размери 10/10/10 см и 20/10/10 см, като фугите между тях ще са с ширина от 0,4 до 1,5 см, запълнени с кварцов пясък. С проектното решение се премахват съществуващите бетонови бордюри и тротоарни настилки от бетонови плочи, унипаваж, мрамор и др., като се заменят с гранитни бордюри и каменни плочи с неправилна форма.
