The business idea of ​​this project proposal is offering a wide range of auto repair services. The applicant has some of the equipment he or she has bought with personal means. The rest of the required equipment is the subject of this grant application. At present, the activity takes place in premises that do not meet the needs of the market for this type of services and the parameters of the existing equipment are not at the required technical level. This limits the possibilities of offering a wide range of services and does not allow for increasing their quality and quantity. The auto repair service market is a collection of all potential users. "Gramatikov Intergroup" Ltd. works mainly with clients from the region of Gotse Delchev, but there are also repairs made to persons from other regions who, for official or personal reasons, were in this part of the country. The activity is aimed at search-driven customers mainly on the basis of the good quality of the services offered, which evaluate the good service and attitude. Self-repairing activities such as quality and variety will be improved thanks to: providing modern service equipment, maintaining the level of professional competence of the personnel, providing quality auto parts and materials. Computerization of cars, in turn, alters customer demand for auto service in the direction of those with specialized hardware and software diagnostics. In this respect, a real increase in competition may be taken into account if existing competitors improve their technical and technological activities. Future new car service businesses will need to invest heavily in building and equipping workshops, training staff, marketing efforts.
