The present project will be realized by "VANIKO" Ltd. - a company specialized in the production of parts, machine assemblies, machines, design and production of tools (molds, injection molds and dies), technology design and technological equipment, thermal treatment. According to the National Classification of Economic Activities (NACE.BG - 2008), the enterprise's business is classified under code 28.29 "Manufacture of other general-purpose machinery nec".
The production base of "Vaniko" is located in the town of Blagoevgrad and is equipped with modern and high-tech machines, ensuring speed, efficiency and precision of the work, despite the good technical provision of the production, the company faces the serious challenge to respond adequately to the constantly increasing demand for The current production capacity of machine components and parts (around 390,000 in 2017 at 100% load) is insufficient and slows the company's development.
With the implementation of this project, the available machines will be supplemented with 2 high-performance 3-axis CNC lathes, which will lead to:
1. Increasing the production capacity with more than 3,800 pcs. details / monthly (46 000 per year);
2. Increasing the export potential of "Vanico". It is planned that, at the end of the forecast period, more than 110,000 pieces of finished parts will be realized on the foreign markets;
3. Increasing Productivity;
4. Increase in net sales revenue;
Within the framework of the project activities are foreseen for the selection of a supplier (in accordance with the procedure described in the Guidelines for the Implementation of OPIC Contracts 2014-2020, ZUESEF and CMD No. 160 / 01.07.2016), delivery, installation and putting into operation of machines.
The total value of the investment is BGN 589,682.75, excluding VAT. The planned duration of the project is 12 months.

Дейност за подобряване на производствения капацитет на предприятието на „ВАНИКО“ ООД: Подобряването (увеличаването) на производствения капацитет на предприятието на „ВАНИКО“ ще бъде постигнато чрез закупуване на: CNC струг (тип 1) - 1 бр. и CNC струг (тип 2) - 1 бр.
Машините ще имат следните минимални технически и функционални характеристики:
CNC струг (тип 1)
* 3 оси – X, Z, Са,
* Обработваема дължина – не по-малко от 500 mm.
* Разстояние между центри – не по-малко 520 mm;
* Ход по ос Х – не по-малко от 250 mm;
* Ход по ос Z – не по-малко от 560 mm;
* Ход по ос С – 360;
* Максимален обработваем диаметър на пръта – не по-малко Ф65;
* Наличие на оптични декодери по Х и Z оси за по-висока точност;
CNC струг (тип 2)
* 3 оси – X, Z, Са,
* Максимален диаметър (над направляващи) не по-малко от Ø450 mm;
* Максимален обработваем диаметър - не по-малко от Ø340 mm;
* Максимална обработваема дължина не по-малко от 1000мм.;
* Ход по ос Х – не по-малко от 260 mm;
* Ход по ос Z – не по-малко от 1060 mm;
* Ход по ос С – 360;
* Максимален обработваем диаметър на пръта – не по-малко Ф65;
Внедряването на струговете в производствения процес на предприятието ще доведе директно до увеличаване на броя на произведените детайли, компоненти и елементи за ден, месец и година. Увеличението ще бъде в рамките на 46 000 бр. на годишна база.
Направените проучвания показват, че на пазара има машини, които покриват поставените изисквания и осигуряват търсената ефективност, скорост и прецизност на работа, водещи да подобряване на цялостния производствен капацитет. Като придружителен документ, към проекта са представени оферти от потенциален доставчик - официален представител на производителя за територията на България.
