Project proposal (PP) "Construction of a children's playground in the village of Gelemenovo, Pazardzhik municipality" aims at enhancing the attractiveness of the living environment in the village of Gelemenovo, Pazardzhik municipality, by creating a quality and harmonious environment for the benefit of the fishing communities and the visitors.The project provides investments to improve the living environment in the fisheries area: the construction of a playground for children. It will be located in a park area in the center of the village.The village does not have suitable playgrounds and facilities for children, except in the courtyard of the school.The village of Gelemenovo has a population of 717, of which 140 children are under 12. In addition, the village is located on the Pazardzhik-Panagiurishte road, as well as village roads and a large passenger flow passes through it. This fact, as well as the one that Gelemenovo lands are home to a fish farm creates potential for tourism development that requires investments to be made towards improving the environment.The investment foreseen under this project proposal is a contribution to the efforts of the local community to realize the potential of the area. In this way, the PP will contribute to the achievement of Priority 3 of the CLLD, and in particular to the achievement of Specific Objective 3.2.
The impact of the planned interventions affects the population of the village (including marginalized groups) as well as visitors in terms of quality of life, aesthetic and ecological qualities of the living environment and attractiveness of the settlement, which will be reflected in the development of the needs of the present, an improved environment and quality of public spaces, creating an attractive and safe place for social contacts, play and entertainment, accessibility.

Изграждане на комбинирана детска площадка в с. Гелеменово, община Пазарджик за деца до 12 години: Изпълнението на предвидените СМР ще бъде възложено на външен изпълнител. Изборът ще се извърши съгласно ЗОП. Изпълнителят ще има за задача да изпълни предвидените строително-монтажни работи: изграждане на детски кът/детска площадка в с. Гелеменово, община Пазарджик. Съоръженията в детската площадка ще бъдат съобразени с изискванията на Наредба № 1 от 12 януари 2009 г. за условията и реда за устройството и безопасността на площадките за игра с цел сертифицирането ѝ. Съгласно приложено становище на главния архитект на Община Пазарджик дейността ще бъде извършена с разрешение за поставяне и схема за поставяне, като след приключване на СМР площадката ще бъде сертифицирана по реда на цитираната Наредба № 1 от 12 януари 2009 г. Посочената стойност на поръчката е с ДДС.
Строителят ще организира строителни процес в съответствие в разпоредбите на ЗУТ, подзаконовите актове свързани с прилагането му и всички относими нормативи към предвидените строителни дейности.

Осигуряване на информация и комуникация по проекта: Изборът на изпълнител за извършване на услугата "Изпълнение на дейности за информация и комуникация по проект "Изграждане на детски кът в с. Гелеменово, община Пазарджик" ще се извърши съгласно Закона за обществените поръчки.
Конкретните дейности за информация и комуникация по проекта, които ще бъдат възложени са следните:
• Изработване на 2 информационни плаката по проекта с формат А2, пълноцветен печат, материал винил
• Изработване и поставяне на 1 брой постоянна обяснителна табела с размери 50х70 см;
Посочената стойност на поръчката е с ДДС.
