The detailed survey of the buildings of the kindergartens aims to establish the level of energy consumption, to determine the specific possibilities for its reduction and to prescribe measures to increase energy efficiency, which will lead to the reduction of energy consumption and the issuance of a certificate, according to Ordinance No. RD-02-20-3 of November 9, 2022 on energy efficiency survey, certification and assessment of energy savings in buildings.
The improvement of the energy efficiency of the buildings is carried out through the application/implementation of the prescribed measures from the energy survey. The level of energy consumption is closely correlated with the degree of feasibility of measures to increase energy efficiency. Effectiveness depends on the choice of specific energy-saving measures and the balance between technical possibilities and financial expediency.
