This project proposal aims to provide opportunities for better reconciliation of professional and personal life of employees of " AMBULATORY FOR PRIMARY, NON-HOSPITAL, MEDICAL CARE - DR. PENKOVA" LTD) Ltd. (in short "" APNHMC – Dr. Penkova) ", Sliven, by providing a playground corner for their children in close proximity to the workplace of their parents. For this purpose for a long period of time for 7 years it will be rented and will carry out current repairs of a room suitable for a new Children's Corner with an area of 94 sq.m. It will provide full care for 26 children under the age of 12 by 5 currently unemployed people which will be employed on a permanent employment contract by the "Labor Office" Directorate of the Employment Agency. Training will be provided to unemployed employees to acquire childcare skills.
The results of the project will be especially useful for the medical and support staff of " APNHMC – Dr. Penkova", as in the ongoing pandemic caused by Covid-19, and the planned mass vaccination of a large part of the population of country, this staff will have to work part-time, on weekends, take on night shifts, etc. The planned care for the children of this staff will allow it to better, more calmly and more effectively perform their professional duties to serve the many patients of "APNHMC – Dr. Penkova". The benefit for the employer from the functioning of the Children's Playground Corner will be expressed in the provision of a larger labor force of staff, a more motivated and productive workforce, and hence the opportunity for better and more effective provision of primary, non-hospital medical care which will be help to many in need of one. The benefit for the currently unemployed will be that they will improve their qualification and ensure a very good and sustainable work commitment for childcare.

Включване на обучените безработни лица в субсидирана заетост при работодател за почасово или целодневно полагане на грижи за деца за период от 12 месеца: Предвижда се всяко от новоназначените лица да полага грижи за поне 5 деца. Лицата ще бъдат наети на пълен работен ден с трудови договори за до 12 месеца.
