The present project will be realized by the company "LDS PLAST" Ltd. - Blagoevgrad, specialized in the production of plastic disposable cups and cups. According to the National Classification of Economic Activities (NACE.BG - 2008), the activity is classified with code 22.29 "Manufacture of other articles of plastics". The production base of the company is located in Blagoevgrad.
The main challenge for the company is currently insufficient production capacity (despite the full load of available equipment) to take on the ever-growing demand for large and medium-sized plastic cups. Insufficient capacity makes it impossible to take large orders and execute them for short periods, thus hindering the development of the company.
Through the implementation of the present project, the existing equipment will be complemented by new, modern and high-performance machines: 3-station thermoforming machine - 1 pc. and Plastic cups pronting machine - 1 pc.
The implementation of the machines in the production process will lead to:
1. Increase of production capacity and production of more than 90 million cups at the end of the business plan.
2. Increasing the export potential of „LDS PLAST“ Ltd. At the end of the period, 17.5 million units are planned. of the manufactured products to be realized on the external markets;
3. Increasing Productivity;
4. Increase in net sales revenue;
Within the framework of the project activities are foreseen for the selection of a supplier (in accordance with the procedure described in the Guidelines for the Implementation of OPIC Contracts 2014-2020, ZUESEF and CMD No. 160 / 01.07.2016), delivery, installation and putting into operation of equipment.
The total value of the investment is BGN 1 655 023.35, excluding VAT. The planned duration of the project is 12 months.

Дейност за подобряване на производствения капацитет на предприятието на „ЕЛДИЕС ПЛАСТ“ ЕООД: Подобряването (увеличаването) на производствения капацитет на предприятието ще бъде постигнато чрез закупуване и внедряване на: 3-станционна термоформовъчна машина - 1 бр. и Машина за печат на чаши - 1 бр.
Машините ще притежават следните минимални технически и функционални характеристики:
3-станционна термоформовъчна машина
• Максимален размер на инструмента ≥ 900 мм. х 630 мм.
• Височина на изтегляне ≥ 150 мм.
• Дълбочина на изтегляне ≥ 150 мм.
• Производствен материал: PP, PЕТ, PS, PVC, OPS;
• Цикъл на празен ход ≥ 55 цикли/мин.
Машина за печат на чаши
• Механизъм за прекъсване при празен дорник;
• Станция за отхвърляне на некачествен печат;
• Брой цветни глави ≥ 8
• Уред за предварителна обработка на печатната повърхност;
• Максимален диаметър на ръба на чашата ≥ 205 мм.;
• Максимална височина на чашата ≥ 200 мм.
• Максимална скорост ≥ 600 чаши/минута;
Внедряването на машините в производствения процес ще позволи на предприятието едновременно да увеличи производството и да добави стойност към произвежданите продукти - големи и средни пластмасови части за еднократна употреба. Физическото увеличение на производството ще бъде в рамките на 29,5 млн. бр. чаши /годишно, а добавената стойност ще бъде цветен печат на изображения и данни върху продуктите.
Направените проучвания показват, че на пазара има машини, които покриват поставените изисквания и осигуряват търсената ефективност, скорост и прецизност на работа, водещи да подобряване на цялостния производствен капацитет. Като придружителен документ към проекта са представени оферти от потенциален доставчик, който е производител на оферираните машини.
